Shiva meets SUVA
Religion and the state in everyday life: an exhibition by Polit-Forum Bern, which also features various Freethinkers. August 10 - December 12, 2020.
"What to do when centuries-old Hindu traditions of temple building collide with the SUVA helmet wearing regulations? In our everyday life there are various situations where religious ideas and state regulations clash: The Christmas carols at school, resting places in cemeteries or also work safety when building a temple. The exhibition of the Polit-Forum Bern presents seven concrete examples and shows the many pragmatic solutions in everyday life" (Polit-Forum Bern)
